We deeply understand and honor the responsibility we carry as a company lets us engage with their organizational DNA – their underlying values, principles, culture, and reason for existence.
We also want to ensure change efforts are aligned with the broader organizational strategy, if we’re working with a division or subsidiary. To do this, we get to know our clients exceptionally well.
We’ve also incorporated strategic coaching concepts into our process, adapted from Terry Maltbia’s approach in the Columbia Coaching Certification Program.
